Like its architecture, the Franz and Maria Kießling Foundation focuses on people. It is aimed at aspiring architects whose academic work is to be recognised, with the aim of supporting a new generation throughout their university studies. Architecture students are provided with financial support for the duration of their studies, subject to eligibility criteria.
To apply successfully, you will need the following documents:
- A detailed letter of motivation explaining why you should be awarded the grant
- A tabular CV
- A decision from the Bafög office (if available) or an overview of your financial situation (in line with Bafög criteria)
- Certificates and academic transcripts
Further information about the scholarship and the application process can be found on the Franz and Maria Kießling Foundation’s website.
